Thank you for visiting the Audiocom eShop. Thank you for your interest in buying the products we sell. We also want to ensure that you have a satisfying experience in the process of exploring, evaluating and purchasing products.
As with any shopping experience, the terms and conditions of the deal at the Audiocom eShop will apply. Please note that ordering products through the Audiocom eShop means you agree to the terms and conditions set out below and Audiocom's privacy policy and terms of use.
Standard exchange policy
Under this terms, all products purchased at Audiocom are not refundable or replaceable. Only when the product is a defective product may be replaced by an exception. If you think the product you received is a defective product, please contact Audiocom Customer Service at Whatsapp (852) 9343 2865. Audiocom reserves the right to determine that the product is a defective product and that the product may be replaced. Audiocom also reserves the right to test your problem product.
Pricing and price adjustment / price adjustment
For the purpose of pricing, Audiocom reserves the right to change the price of the products listed on the Audiocom eShop from time to time and to change the pricing mistake for unintended reasons at any time. In case of price error, we will notify you of the error and let you choose to continue trading or canceling the order at the correct price, without canceling the order.
Normal condition
This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both of us irrevocably and unconditionally comply with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal. Failure of either of us to enforce any provision of this policy does not constitute a waiver of that provision nor does it affect the right to enforce the provision later on.
