Return and replacement service
- In general, we only accept the return of goods, the order can not be canceled once confirmed, no refund;
- Customers can enjoy 7 days of replacement of goods, from the receipt of the goods (including on behalf of the receipt) within 7 days of the goods replacement period;
- The replacement service is limited to the quality of the goods during the return period (all the damage or damage caused by human activities is not included)
- Returned goods must be a new state and retain the packaging integrity ,for re-sold or returned to the factory status, otherwise not accepted
- The shop has the right to return with the same type of function but different colors of goods;

Return and replacement procedures
- If your goods in line with our return policy, please call the replacement or call the customer service officer to make a replacement application;
- After receiving the application, we will conduct preliminary review according to the information of the goods (pictures / videos, etc.) you provide;
- After the initial application, we will notify you by email or telephone that you will be required to bring along the goods and confirm the order within the specified time. In the business hours to visit our shop or express way, let the shop for further defects or damage identification
- If the applicant fails to complete the exchange procedure within the specified time, it will be deemed as abandoning the application.
